We share the tools needed for success.

Music impacts millions of people around the world like its impacted us. It can sometimes be the one thing a person looks for to in their day, however, many people lack the resources to explore their passion.

Our team saw this problem and created Musify™. Here, we provide comprehensive musical courses led by talented musicians from the top conservatories and ensembles such as Julliard and the Manhattan School of Music.

Create connections with other passionate musicians, all while developing your instrumental, theoretical, or production skills online or in-person. Show them off solo or in a chamber group at one of our performances.

Join the effort to provide awareness about music education through seminars, and fundraise to help disadvantaged communities start their musical journeys.

The Music Mentors Program

We wanted to give high quality musical education to anyone, anywhere, so let's break it down...

Pre-Mentorship
Mentees apply for their desired session and fill out interest forms with information on their instrument/course, experience, and availability.
First Meeting
Awesome! You've been assigned to a mentor and it's time to start your Musify journey.

After introductions, you'll explain the areas you particularly want to improve in your musicianship. Don't worry if you don't know, we've got you covered!
Diagnostic Test
If you are not sure on what you want to focus on our initial diagnostic test will help. Mentors will test for your sight reading, intonation, rhythm, and technique. Your mentor will help you work on the areas you might be lacking in during your sessions.

The criteria and methods used to test are based on the examinations used by organizations like NYSSMA, and The Royal Conservatory of Music, so mentees with prior exam experience may perform better than expected.

Sessions
Sessions are ran virtually, or in person, with either group classes or one-on-one depending on the course and specializations.

The beginning of the session is comprised of reviewing the concepts learned in the prior session, usually through explanations, demonstrations, or compositions made by the mentee.

The rest is covering new information, and connecting the topics (previously learned/just covered) through an application task.

Arjun, Founder of Musify™

“We knew that a lot of the time, students pay for music lessons that are several hours long, but never really get anything out of them because their teachers don't understand their needs. Musify’s sessions allow for mentees to grow exponentially in a short amount of time, as mentors have experienced exactly what they’re going through, and know how to help.”

Application Task
Towards the end of the program, mentees will begin their App. Task.

It's a creative project that showcasing their development throughout the program, in the form of a solo, arrangement, or even a performance.

At Musify™, we know that our mentees have so much passion about making their own imprint in music, so we thought a full range creative project would let them make the first step in becoming true independent artists.

Concert
After all's said and done, it's time to show off what you've learned.

A recital's pretty boring, so we thought rock-n'-roll type of event would represent what music is all about, having fun!

Chamber groups, soloists, and even digitally produced songs will be showcased, so be sure to bring family and friends.
